  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was when delivered. Items that have been assembled, altered, or used in any way are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, when requesting a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Furniture: Items that have been custom-made or personalized cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as “final sale” on the website are not eligible for return.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable.

3. How to Return an Item

  • Ship the Item Back: After receiving your RA number, ship the item to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged during delivery.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued if the item shows signs of damage, wear, or missing parts.
  • Restocking Fees: A restocking fee may be charged for returned items that are not in their original condition or if packaging is damaged or missing.
